Professional Coaching Package
“FOR HIGH POTENTIAL WOMEN”- Target Audience: High Potential Sr Manager-Director level Professional Women as identified in Talent Planning; Newly Hired Sr Manager-Director Professional Women for which the company is desiring to ensure effective Integration & Retention
- COMPACT: 6-month Agreement: 18 hours of Coaching + Components listed below
- STANDARD: 1 Year Agreement: 36 hours of Coaching + Components listed below

Performance Improvement Coaching Package
“FOR AT-RISK WOMEN”- 6 Month PIP Coaching (regardless of level): 18 hours of Coaching
- 90 Day PIP Coaching (regardless of level): 9 hours of Coaching
- Both Packages include (2) 1-hour Intake/Conclusion meetings with Immediate Manager and/or CHRO
- One comprehensive Summary provided to Client Company at the end of the session
- 100% of the sessions should be in-person

Self-pay/Non-profit Coaching Packages
“FOR AT-RISK WOMEN”- Target Audience: Professional Women/Executives in Transition or professionals not being sponsored by their corporate employers; Non-Profit Organizations
- Package not available to Corporate (for profit) Employers; Package is available only for non-profits or individuals paying out of pocket
- Total of 5 hours of Coaching
- Guarantee, Roundtables, Materials, Assessments and any other Components of the Coaching packages referenced below are not included in Self-Pay/Non-Profit packages
- Self-Pay/Non-Profit packages are Limited based on Availability
Core Components of Coaching Packages
- To ensure for rich dialogue, re-establishing rapport, and fluid interaction, coaching sessions are strongly recommended in 90 minutes segments TWO times per month (3 hours per month)
- Each Coaching Package includes (2) 1-hour Intake/Conclusion Sessions with the Immediate Manager and/or CHRO at the onset and conclusion of the package agreement
- Each Coaching Package (except for the Performance Improvement and Self-Pay packages) includes (4) Quarterly Roundtables 2 hours each to include peer-to-peer networking; a selected topic relevant to the development of the Coachees; and Lunch. Roundtables will be held at the office of Real-Talk in Frisco, TX.
- Coachees will receive a Real-Talk Journal to keep notes from sessions, up to 2 leadership books based on the focus of the coaching, Words of Affirmation cards, and Medallion keepsake
- A T&E Premium will be added to the cost of each package should a company request to have the Coach travel out of town to meet with a Coachee
- While it is recommended that all local Coachees have in-person sessions with the Coach as much as possible; a minimum of 4 in-person sessions is strongly recommended
- All other sessions should be via Virtual meeting options as recommended by Coach; and can be via phone if Coachee is traveling and unable to access other virtual options
- Personality (MBTI) and/or Emotional Intelligence assessments are recommended based on the primary development focus of the coaching agreement. Cost of one assessment is included in all packages.
- Quarterly Written Summary Updates (for 1-year contracts) and Two Summary Updates (for 6 months or Less) to the Client Company on progress of Coachee relative to established goals; respecting the appropriate level of confidentiality between the Coach and the Coachee
